Can you use an LED Mask every day?
While it is safe to use an at-home LED Face mask every day, you should be careful not to over use it. We recommend using it 3-5 times a week for great results. You shouldn’t use it in the same routine as any peeling products, so you can use your days off to utilise these formulas.
Consistency is key so getting into a routine with your face mask can be the best way to see results. We expect you to see benefits within 2 weeks.
Can you use an LED Face Mask with Retinol?
Although your LED Mask does not produce harmful UV rays, light therapy can still produce reactions after retinol use due to increased sensitivity to light. But this doesn’t mean that you can’t use them in the same routine - just complete your LED Face Treatment first, then apply your Retinol formula afterwards.
Will using an LED Face Mask help dry skin?
LED therapy can help to reduce the inflammation caused by dryness, diminishing the redness you may see on your skin. LED Light also energises the cells which means that they are more capable when functioning, regenerating and to boost repair - this in turn will help the skin to better retain moisture. You should opt for Yellow Light to make the most of these benefits.
Will using LED Face Mask help with acne?
Many cases of common acne are caused by a bacteria (Propionibacterium) that emits a photosensitizer - this makes it sensitive to blue light. Using blue light therapy on this acne can kill the bacteria deep within the pores to clear up blemishes.

This LED mask is brilliant. I love that it has 5 light treatment options. (Red, blue, yellow, near infrared and purple). My favourite is the purple as it’s combines red and blue light in one to target acne and blemishes plus helps reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation .
I use it 3 to 4 times a week for 30 min a session. Controller has a timer on so mask will go off when you done relaxing . I have seen a great improvement in my skin. I have given to all my friends to try and they all love it too.
